1. Non-Refundable Services & Products

Any Custom vedic Guidance or Remedies
are non-refundable and non-cancellable once the booking or purchase is confirmed. These services require prior planning, preparation, and personalized time investment, which begins immediately upon booking.
2. No Refunds for Digital Deliverables
Due to the nature of digital and consultative products (including email/WhatsApp reports, PDFs, and online sessions), no refunds shall be provided under any circumstance once the service is initiated, even if the final deliverable has not yet been received.
3. Rescheduling Policy (Only for Consultations & Puja Services)
We understand unforeseen situations may arise. If you need to reschedule a consultation or puja service:

Rescheduling is subject to availability and can only be done once per booking.

No rescheduling requests will be accepted within 24 hours of the service date/time.
4. Cancellation by Us
In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill a booked service due to unforeseen internal circumstances (e.g., technical issues, astrologer unavailability), we reserve the right to:
